Crime

while in class waiting for my lecturer to come, we juz chatting and a "interesting" topic surface...
there was this guy who wants to become a police and the goal is to become head of department... a heads salary is at least 10k+ excluding other things...
there was this interesting point that maybe we could think about it...
last year or was it this year, the police manage to burst a drug lab that was use to produce ICE and other "popular" drugs... and it was reported in the media that they found RM13 Million cash in the lab itself... how sure are you that it is indeed 13 Million and not 30 Million? because the media says so... maybe la.... bt who noes if any thing have been "move out" before they seal off the place....
Who are the first to arrive at the crime scene? who are those that can investigate? are photo's taken or stuff being noted down before it is move out or even before it is being touch?
lets say if the money is move out before the rest of the team comes... how are they going to spend it?
they can't bank it into the bank neither can they use it openly... meaning can't buy car or house or anything big item with cash.... so how?
money laundry- open a company and claim that it is making a lot of money each year... all u need is "donate" a little bit of money in the form of tax to the government... good idea rite... not easy to be caught also wat.... this is smart vs. smart.... they are from the same side...

P/s: it is not an actual but more of a factual statement here... all are assumptions...
