Chain Jewellery store.

After i got a call for interview middle this week, i went online and tried to search on information regarding this chain store, but didn't manage to get much information, and didn't come across anything on their interview process. I feel that i should write it down, so that people can read about it, and it may just be it.

The interview was in a group a.k.a Group Interview. This round had 8 of us. Heard that last round had almost 20 of them. Most of the people are in their last 20's and 30's. Aged closest to me among them is 1987, but he has been working for the past 4 years, doing part-time study at Open University.

Their 'compensation' is very unique, at least i haven't seen something like this yet. Maybe for MLM have such thing la..

During trainee (training period), 1st Month- RM 1000, 2nd Month- RM 2000, 3rd Month- RM 3000, and so on till 12th Month- RM 12000 (max). Which means each month additional RM1000.
Simple calculation: If you work the whole 1 year as trainee, you would be getting RM6 500 on average each month, RM 78 000/ year.

The bonus is even better, dun blink your eyes! If sales target is hit, it would be 9 months!!! which is RM12 000 x 9mth = RM 108 000.

Year 2 ( should be Outlet Sales Manager already)- RM12 000 + RM3600 (or increase 30% of last pay)= RM15 600. That would be fixed for the whole year, no more additional of RM1000 per month.

Year 3- RM15 600 + 30%

The interview was unique because it was not the normal interview questions. They would assess you based on 2 question:
Round 1. Tell anything about your background in 3 language + 1 dialect.
Round 2. Tell any story, be it funny, real case, or even experience sharing.
