Brother's???

while i was reading for my Moral studies exam just now, i saw that in Islam, you(god) send angel Gabriel to give Prophet Muhammad words in Arabic language that are written in the Koran.
In Christianity, the Annunciation was announce to Mary that she was to become your mother.
Few weeks ago, i heard from my friend that you and Prophet Muhammad might have been brother's. Islam and christianity are so similar yet there is so many conflicts going on in the world now. God send us a sign from above that you are coming back for us. May u lead me to become more like noah, may i have strong faith like him. we are being challange on our faith now adays.
