I had the chance to walk into AirAsia office and have a look at the places that i walk pass.
It is round with the middle and sides being the office (i believe departmentalization). There is a cafe/ chill out place with massage chairs inside.
The work area looks somewhat cramp and not very neat across the the whole area.
Work cubical is a very long table with kindly low partitions between the person beside you as well as in front of you.
The meeting rooms are name after cities, and they do have many open concept discussion area.
Yes, they promote openess in the layout, but not so sure if it is the same when it comes to work.
