Somethings to think about,
Condoms are easily available in shops around us? that is correct, look at 7-E, Watson, Guardian, and place that u can think of. but why people are not buying it to protect them self?
have u bought a condom before? if u have, and provided u are not married yet, have u notice how those people are looking at you? what weird look they are giving u. thinking and saying in their mind that u r a naughty and bad child. but think again, what is wrong with wanting to protect myself? is it wrong to protect myself? is condom drugs? will it be harming myself if i buy and use it?

a true story about buying condom that was shared by someone,
she was in 7-E near her place and those condom was place behind the counter. so she ask the guy at the counter to take it for her, and she was also on the phone talking to her fren(i guess thats the true buyer), and the guy told a pack for her, then she saw the price and told the person,: "do we really need it? its so expensive" and of course all along since the beginning, the guy had been giving her a weird look, like she is a "prostitute" a bad bad girl, who is hiao.
and now the guy still remember her, and she always still goes back there... having attention from the guy always. (luckily the guy didn't tell her: "we have new kind, do u want to try it?" LOL)
another story: told by another girl, one day she and another fren went into a shop and she saw those condom and she started pointing to where the condom was, telling her fren, and straight away the person at the counter gave her a one-kind look... she was not even taking it yet, just merely pointing to the location... Tips: w*t*on or g*a*d**n is a good place to buy condom, as those thing are not place at the casher counter... so the way to buy it is to buy another item which has a larger size than the condom box, and place the condom under so other shoppers won't notice it so easily.... buying it for the first time is abit hard, scary and challenging, but after few times, its nothing more than buying stuff... another person also said that in certain clubs, there are condom dispenser in the female toilet, so girls can get it there...

(i was in the SEX, Drug and young people group, thats why i mention it more =p)

Drugs are illegal in the country, but free needle are being provided for those hardcore drug addicts so that they won't share and pass on the HIV virus to others around them...
Condom are also being given out, but how many actually use them(if they got do that la, if no do then no need lo, unless was use as safety "balloon" during emergency)?

No point saying no no no, coz people are still doing it, so why not say "if u want to do it, make sure u and ur partner are protected"
No doubt that many religion says that u can't have sex till after u are married, but why it is written as that? why not reason it out, and fit into the modern concept. u can have sex, provided that u are protected and be faithful.

**Pink Triangle foundation ( PT foundation or PTF) is a non profit organization working with vulnerable communities to bring a better quality of life for them. PTF works closely with drug users, sex workers, transsexuals, same sex sex, people living with HIV.
confidential counseling @ 03-4044 5455 or 4044 5466, anonymous HIV testing, and support groups...

what do i get from the conference
- UNICEF t shirt
- pamphlets or booklets
- collar pins
- bag
- and the best TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE (first time i seeing this) normally when u work assignment outstation or when on business trip, there allowance is normal, but is not paid by the organizers, this is the first time i see that the organizers are paying for it as well. those from outstation, their bus fair can be claim as well, some claim as high as 100++

People lining up to collect the Cert and the allowance
- And the priceless(money can't buy and also i didn't need to pay anything) experience...

Cupcakes that can be eaten being given out by VidexEC
* see those "cute" designs... and they are not the mini type of cupcakes.
Wat i could see is the Red Ribbon, Condoms, Love, Boy/Girl symbol

Free Hugs

when i reach there at about 4.45, i saw people holding "free Hug" poster... then i saw people taking photo, so i just join in... who noes i was just standing beside the organizing person... then slowly i got to know the rest of the people... first we started walking down towards sg wang, and was there for awhile before the guard ask us to move around, don't stand in front of the entrance... then we move on to opposite TS, the bridge there.... and was there for awhile... while there, some m**ay was shouting and "scolding" us... saying all kind of things... i feel that they have nothing better to do than lepak around there... at least being in the shopping center would be much better...

after that, we headed back to around near McD bkt bintang, and walk toward Pavillion KL...
at Pavillion KL, we stand near the entrance, and there was quite a big crowd... after awhile, rain drops started coming down, so we went into Pavillion to seek shelter... while there: (side entry)

"side entry: clown,
there was a clown in the middle of Pavillion promoting a new shop.... then i snap a few shots of him, and he turn to me and said: "if u wan take photo with me, come over la..." then i went over, and stood beside him, while people help me to take then he suddenly "bend" down, and hug me... see photos attach...
then later 1 of them wanted a balloon... she walk over, the clown turn and walk to another side... then he held out a BR coupon, and ask me go take... but i "ignored" him... LOL..."

but after 15 minutes or so, the rain stop and we continued being there hugging people... til we decided to end it at bout 6.35.... and about 9 of us headed to McD for dinner... while the rest continued with their own stuff... some of the things that passerby ask was what is this about? why are u having this free hug thing? are you all making a new movie? is this a college project/ coursework?
where are u all from? are you all from a society or club?

about 20++ of us turn up... hugged more than 30 people...

It was a meaningful event... and i feel that it is very successful, and we might be the first group that has made the success, as i have heard in the past that groups were ask to leave or the activity being stopped...

~more photo and maybe video will be uploaded soon~

The Four Stages of Life

Stage 1:

When you're born, you are treated like royalty. Your mother spoon feeds you. Your father carries you on his back. When pretty ladies come to visit, they hug you and hold you close to their chests. You have no worries in the world, because every single thing is taken care of just for you.

You are a KING.

Stage 2:
You grow up. You start to have worries. Are the bills getting paid? Does wifey have enough allowance? Is Ah Boy getting fed? You work day and night. Few appreciate what you do, because they see it as your responsibility. You work not for yourself, but for your boss, your company, your family.

You are a BULL.

Stage 3:
You age, and you retire from work. Your kids are all grown up now. They have their girlfriends, boyfriends to go out with. They have go to work, or maybe go overseas to further their education, using your money of course. And what about you? You stay at home everyday, looking at the front door, waiting for your kids to come back home.

You are a DOG.

Stage 4:
Your kids are married now. They have their own family. They have kids. But when they go to work, who takes care of the kids? YOU LAH! Abuden? And so you're left with entertaining your grandchildren. You lift them up, swing them around, put them on your back, and run around making stupid noises. "Kuchi kuchi kooo~ A booo~ A booo boo boo~"

You become a MONKEY.

These are the four essential stages of life. But for most people, there's also one last inevitable stage.

You become a PICTURE!

Last time...god wanna create a world...so he said:
"bull,u have to work for human for 35 yrs,"
then bull said:"no..no...ten yrs is enough!!!"
then god agreed it..

later on,he said to dog:"dog,u have to looking for human's front door and wait for your owner...for 10 years..."This sounds better than bull..
but the dog said:"no..this 'll make me lose my freedom..5 yrs is enough!!"

then,god said to monkey:"monkey,ur job is easier than bull and dog..u no need to work...the only things u hv to do is ...entertain the human..for 6 yrs" and the monkey said:"OMG...u wan me to become like a stupid fella swinging around to entertain them!!!no way..3 yrs for me is enough"

lastly..god said to human:"human...u got the easiest job..the only thing u do is enjoy ur life..bull 'll provide u ur food.. dog 'll take care of u...and monkey 'll entertain u..for 20 yrs"
then the human said:"wow...such a nice life..but 20 yrs is not enough...can i take the excess years that bull,dog and monkey dun wan?"
the god said :"are u sure u wan it?"
human said:"yes!!"

ok...then the whole things go like tat...
human enjoy for 20 yrs, work like a bull for 25 yrs, then when he retired...he look at the front door waiting for their children for 5 yrs...then when his children back, he have to entertain them like the monkey..

THE END..haha

Gender Bias? or just fren?

i have to admit that i took a peek into the "reflective report" of my group mate.... as i was curious to see wat is written, and did i do mine properly...

just see see, and to my surprise, it mention names in the report... the other 2 report just talk bout the experience and what had been learn...

the most surprising thing was, it actually wrote a paragraph bout ME, and wat he would do if he was me... it started by saying that "boys always treat girls better"... and that i have treated the other person better... from the way that i communicate.... it said that it had learn to treated others fairly and communicate with others the same way... and that i should pay more attention to those who would feel sensitive...

MY point of view towards the above matter: first of all, guy talk with guy sure cut all the nonsense and go straight to the point... secondly, i admit that i would treat girls better than guys SOMETIMES... thirdly, ASK those who have work with me on assignments... to name a few, RESH, YKM, STEVEN,EE WEI... this few are my closer(circle of) frens, classmate... ask them how i treat them... fair or not? and how do u want to balance the scale, to see if i have been bias?

~~~Pork~~~
I finally found pork near my college today... just now went with friends for lunch...
although i have been staying and study at that area for more than 1 and half year, i had always thought it was a pork free or Halal zone...
There is 2 shop behind the hock lee supermarket...
the wan tan there are not bad... quite nice... but have to wait for quite awhile during lunch time..
2 of my frens, waited for quite awhile for another table(coz got 8 of us, all can't fit into 1 table), but in the end, the table they was waiting for was taken by a few aunty.... =.= so they continued waiting for other table...
[转帖] 不要让爱成为一种伤害
如果你不爱一个人,请放手,好让别人有机会爱她
如果你爱的人放弃了你,请放开自己,好让自己有机会爱别人
有的东西你再喜欢也不会属於你的,
有的东西你再留恋也注定要放弃的,
人生中有许多种爱,但别让爱成为一种伤害。
有些缘分是注定要失去的,
有些缘分是永远都不会有好结果的,
爱一个人不一定要拥有,但拥有一个人就一定要好好的去爱他。
男人哭了,是因为他真的爱了;
女人哭了,是因为她真的放弃了。
如果真诚是一种伤害,我选择谎言;
如果谎言是一种伤害,我选则沉默;
如果沉默是一种伤害,我选择离开。
如果失去是苦 你怕不怕付出
如果迷乱是苦 你会不会选择结束
如果追求是苦 你会不会选择执迷不悟
如果分离是苦 你要向谁倾诉,
好多事情都是后来才看清楚,
好多事情当时一点也不觉得苦,然而我已经找不到来时的路 。
有一种爱,明明是深爱,却说不出来.
有一种爱,明明想放弃,却无法放弃.
有一种爱,明知是煎熬,却又躱不开.
有一种爱,明知无前路.心却早已收不回来.
决定放弃你的那一刻我哭了,我的眼泪证明了我是真的很爱你。a
我们永远都不要提分手好吗?爱你不是游戏。爱你是真心的。忘记你我做不到。
不管我们的解决是否完美,勾勾手指,说好不再分手。
什么是勇气?是哭着要你爱我,还是哭着让你离开。
男人的自信来自一个女人对他的崇拜,
女人的高傲来自一个男人对她的倾慕。
永远不要栽培你爱的男人,你把他栽培的太好,
结果只有两个:)
他从此看不起你或他给人偷了。 =p
追求一个人的手法不需要太聪明,但离开的手法必须聪明绝顶!
为什么我们总是不懂得珍惜眼前人?
在未可预知的重逢里,
我们以为总会重逢,总会有缘再会,总以为有机会说一声对不起,
却从没想过每一次挥手道别,都可能是诀别,
一声叹息,都可能是人间最后的一声叹息。
也许爱情只是因为寂寞,需要找一个人来爱,即使没有任何结局。
伤口是别人给予的耻辱,自己坚持的幻觉。
发现自己只能爱一个人在一瞬间。而且渐渐变的自私.
很多人不需要再见,因为只是路过而已。
遗忘就是我们给彼此最好的纪念。
我不知道一个人的一生可以有多少个十年可以给另一个人。
爱可以是一瞬间的事情,也可以是一辈子的事情。
每个人都可以在不同的时间爱上不同的人。.
不是谁离开了谁就无法生活,遗忘让我们坚强。
人这样的生物,仔细一看,原来是伤痕累累的。
是否被爱,每个人有不同的感受。;
重寻旧梦的代价往往是我们付不起的。:
世间的幸福,总会令人好看一点。
因为微笑,我才了解爱。
身上一切,看似不经意,却是我苦心经营,希望你快乐。
你说:不如送我一双雨鞋。
不如,你送我一场春雨。那么即使我流泪,在雨中,也不容易被你看到。
世事其实都是在它适当的时候降临,只是我们没有适当的心情去迎接它。
因为爱他,所以离开他。我喜欢这句话。
有些感情如此直接和残酷。
容不下任何迂回曲折的温暖。
带着温暖的心情离开,要比苍白的真相要好,纯粹的东西死的太快了。
感情被懂得是一种幸福,等待着被懂得是一种孤独!
因为爱过 所以懂得,因为失去 所以容易满足,因为留恋所以珍惜......曾经爱过的人....
最终消失的无影无踪...
Jam Jam Jam
Police roadblock has been set up in major roads, those that i know of are along NKVE, Jln. Istana, seremban highway, and many other roads leading into the city.
"the city is under siege- thousands of police personnel have been stationed in selective parts of Kuala Lumpur in anticipation of a mass rally scheduled for 3pm."
"Musa said that about 4,000 police would deploy to disperse the crowd and roadblocks would be set up around the venue."
"Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has vowed to crack down on a planned mass rally in Kuala Lumpur tomorrow and gave his support to the police to break up the protest and arrest participants." (where is the freedom of speech???)
4 alternative places: SOGO, Masjid India, Central Market, National Mosque, have been pick to hold the rally...
Former deputy premier Anwar Ibrahim will address the rally, in which the three main opposition parties are taking part, along with civil society groups.
Since 1am today(sat), Police have began screening motorists for potential participants at a planned mass rally in Kuala Lumpur tomorrow.
Price Hike on food
as you know, price of food has gone up... i thought it was not that bad... but it looks like it is really terrible...
after seeing the price at a neighbouring housing area, the price there has increase much more...
just as example:
Chicken rice- S: 4; B: 5.80
Fried Kuay Diao- S: 3.80; B: 4.70
have you heard of the money multiplier? well it goes like, RM1 can multiply when it is save, and later loan out... and i hope there would be food multiplier, but too bad there isn't such thing...
